Our story
The shift was not a change of industry. It was a clearer answer to problems we had already seen for years.
We started by designing and building custom websites and digital platforms for companies across India, the US, the UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia. The principle was simple: fast systems, clean code, and infrastructure the client could own.
Clients were locked into platforms they did not control. Their tools did not share context. Websites launched well, then gradually lost relevance because the content, data, and operational systems remained separate.
We built Tej as a self-hosted foundation for content, customer context, search visibility, analytics, and approved agent workflows. Alapan now applies that foundation to websites and business platforms shaped around each organisation.
